How to subscribe

To subscribe to any of the Grade 12 Packages, please fill up the form below and submit.
Note the following:
• All fields preceded by the red asterisk (*) are mandatory. If you do not fill these fields, the submit button will not function.
• Please provide a valid email ID. If you do not receive a confirmation email immediately upon submission of the form, chances are that you have filled in an incorrect emailID. You may then submit a fresh form or write to us at cbse.french@gmail.com.
